How can I get over it without realizing the truth?
She sits in the corner of the dim lighted room, simply placing a newport on her lips, letting it rest for a few minutes.
I can see her from afar, she seems so distant.
I see the rapid flame, & the smoke consuming the fresh air, turning the atmosphere into something I can't bear to remember.
There seems to be tears, there seems to bandage in the wounded heart.
